The space is clean and functional. The staff are friendly, lively, and met with smiles and warm greetings. The morning staff was friendly and lively, though one order of a Pecan Crunch Oat Latte was missing the cold foam and crunch topping, and the latte was a little lighter than usual. Out of two other locations nearby, only this one made the Pecan latte differently. Easily the most efficient and well-run Starbucks in Manhattan, the staff memorizes names and makes it a point to greet customers by name. It feels like a local shop experience. The view is good, and it is a convenient stop for a quick break.
