“Good place I came here every day back when I lived there but customer service could be better. This nice disabled boy comes in often. Nobody helps him. Sad to know he’s been sleeping on floors at strangers apartments 6 years now. Someone needs to give him a house of his ow. When I lived in Brookyn I let him stay on my floor for a year until I moved and now I’m doing better with a higher paying job in Ohio. He doesn’t ask for anything just to sleep on floor at night then goes during day. I wanted to take him with me here but he said he can’t go so far away. but someone needs to do more to help this guy!“

“This is more of a rant about the company itself not really the location that I picked.
it's a real damn shame that the company changed their policy on giving free ice water to customers on a really hot day. That's what you guys were known for and everyone loved it. Now you change the policy stating that you must buy something before you could get free water it's a ridiculous move on your part Your billion dollar company and you can't even give free water to people that can't afford to pay for Starbucks? You should be ashamed of yourself while you're sitting there and your AC and money all around you You take away a little opportunity that made you guys great away congratulations for being another money hungry company that does not give a shit about people but yourself.“

“Needed somewhere to relax while waiting for a release event at the Bandai store with my sister. The staff were friendly, and we received our delicious food and beverages quickly. Great experience, and will definitely visit when in the area again.“

“This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. All the people here are so genuinely nice, it’s become a lovely place to relax and work, and chat with them. When my bracelet broke (a gift from my mother) Gianna worked with her manager and coworkers to help me find the missing beads - it broke just as they were closing but they had the beads there for me in the morning.“

“Always staffed and slow turnaround (it gets busy during non busy hours). Only 3 ppl working at a behind the bar, one drinks, one food, and one taking orders (helping with drinks when they have time but mostly taking orders since there is almost always a line) but a nice clean Starbucks (a fourth person cleaning)

“I recently moved to the area, not too far from the Starbucks location. The service is GREAT and I’ve been a customer for quite sometime and I’ve seen some shitty stores. Everyone is exceptional here and this is NO JOKE! Clora is amazing truly a great personality. To the store manager KEEP IT UP! “Can I just say I've been going to starbucks for over a decade off and on throughout the states. This location is absolutely peak. I was going their while visiting bay ridge for a few months. The barista Elizabeth is one of the best people I have ever met in my entire life. She is always greeting people as they come in. Also has a great sense of awareness. For a manager she works like its her first day. Also I cant forget about everyone else that works their. They always have a smile on. Always on point with the blonde roast. They interact with each other, and their guests, with genuine kindness and appreciation and definitely go above and beyond in cultivating a welcoming and safe environment for their guests. Additionally, they are super knowledgeable about everything Starbucks!

They all communicate with excellence and ensure to acknowledge everyone by name, whenever possible. They are all fabulous about explaining all menu options in detail to anyone who asks. They are incredible about making recommendations based on their conversations and interactions with their guests.

Definitely a 5 star plus Starbucks location for brewing and crafting coffees, espresso drinks, blended drinks, and shaken drinks.“

“As a regular visitor, most of the staff already know my favorite drink and how i prefer it to be made! They always say hi, with a smile, when I first walk in. Sarah, Cuba, Alyssa, Raheem, James, Cane, Wade and others whose names i haven't remembered yet are always friendly and kind. When there are seats, I usually sit down, because its a good spot to sit while sipping my latte and having a bite to eat. I look forward to my daily visits!“

“Coffee shop date with my sister ☕💚 and it did not disappoint. We ordered a grande iced matcha with oat milk (on the right) and an iced lavender cream matcha (venti cup, extra ice, oat milk)on the left, and both were so smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced not overly sweet. The lavender added such a nice, subtle twist to the matcha.

Beyond the drinks, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for both the quality and the vibe.“

“Akesia is consistently the best. Every time I visit this Starbucks she’s bright and extremely sweet and friendly. It really does brighten my day every time and she’s very memorable.

“I stopped by the Starbucks at 7419 3rd Ave in Bay Ridge and it quickly became one of my favorite locations in Brooklyn.
The spot itself is very well located — easy to get to and convenient whether you're grabbing a quick coffee on the go or settling in for a bit. The interior feels fresh and welcoming, with plenty of comfortable seating.
What really stands out is the staff. Every single employee I interacted with had such great energy — friendly, upbeat, and genuinely attentive. They made the whole experience feel warm and personal, which is exactly what you want from your neighborhood Starbucks. The drinks were made perfectly too!

“I wanted the iced cinnamon dolce drink but on the app it was saying “sold out”. Went in, and Amanda confirmed they have it in stock. I was so happy. I was like a kid in a candy store. I thanked her so much. Such a cool person. And the other gentleman, I forgot his name I think it was Kevin he has tattoos. We interacted, engaged in conversation about tattoos. Great customer service. Cleanliness up to par. The atmosphere is great as well. Definitely recommend this location. Boycott where lol“

“This is a great location. The decor is nice and comfortable and the food and drinks are great. Theres also a bathroom. One complaint though, got a refresher at this location and they didn’t put the dried pieces of fruit in it. Please understand that this is integral to the drink, so if you’re out of these fruit pieces note it in the app and I’ll order something else. Thank you!“

“LOVE THE WHOLE STAFF, specially John, Tameka, Chanelle, Brianna and the 2 white girls, lol. I don’t remember their names. Everyone is always polite and fast. I’ve come mornings and evenings and while I’m not familiar with the evening staff, they’re polite and always a warm greeting as well. Some of the regulars, Tameka, Chanelle are no longer there but even the new staff are pleasant. Love them.“

The location for my mobile order was wrong after walking to 2 locations they were able to help here. Her name was shenel (I didn’t get the other persons name) and you can expect great service with every visit.“

“I visit this location pretty often and never experienced a bad service. All baristas are always polite and nice, ordering online was no problem either. Yes, during rush hour, ofc, your coffee won't be prepared right away, but in most cases, while I walked 7 minutes from home to the coffee shop, my coffee was already waiting for me at the counter.“

“Star bucks is very convenient ! Especially at this location. My only gripe is there’s no tip jar for the employees and that is a practice policy. If there. ABIGAIL provided great service and I couldn’t give a tip. Star bucks need to better! If your worried about people stealing there tips ad it as option for credit card purchases.“

“There is a very big parking lot next to this place and easily you can reach there in and out for the highway. There are other shops and restaurants next to it like best buy, target kohls, five guys and .. they are very fast in providing the service. The only thing is that during covid you cant sit inside the place and you can not sit outside as there are not places available. In the morning you can smell the bacon being prepared in the area but not an important thing. It is a quick grab anywys“

“I went to a Starbucks down the block and they made my drink the wrong way. I was on my way to the bank and came across this Starbucks and explained the situation. The Barista Johnathan offered to remake my drink. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and great attitude will be one of the reasons I return. “Usually the place is just ok but I wanted to leave a compliment for the lady who was working at 8:40am on 12/1/2023. For some reason during this rush hour she was all by herself making drinks, food, and at the cashier. Of course the wait was long but she was the most efficient, hardworking and friendliest Starbucks barista i have ever met in NY.“

“Yes, there are rude and unkind baristas there - I will not deny that. HOWEVER, there are amazing ones. Mia and Josh are both INCREDIBLE. So sweet and kind and polite and RESPECTFUL. We were helped by Lisa, Pedro, and Manny. They were all very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted us with smiles, helped us with our order, and made everything quickly and carefully. Their kindness really made our visit feel warm and pleasant.

Our drinks were prepared perfectly and everything tasted great. It’s always nice to visit a place where not only the coffee is good, but the staff are also so kind and attentive.

“Nice location.The baristas are nice, tables are clean, and food and drinks are ready fast. The music is a little loud at this location, but it’s still pretty comfortable and there’s a bathroom unlike other locations in the city. They also fill up cups properly and always add chunks of dried fruit in refreshers unlike other locations that sometimes skip that step. If they make a mistake with your drink they fix it without an attitude. There’s a nice mural on the wall too. I’ve frequented this location a lot and it’s really great. Shoutout to the team there! Please bring back the blackberry sage refresher and the pineapple dragonfruit one. They were so good. Mango dragonfruit is mid and strawberry açaí has been here forever. Not really a fan of these pop-in-mouth pearls in the summer drink. Looking forward to the next refresher.“
