“Pre COVID I was in verity's Starbucks locations all throughout Brooklyn, Staten Island and Queens.I have to be honest, I lost faith in the brand.Prices are out of control, restrooms are not available for a customer, service has gone downhill.This location in Gowanus may have helped buck the trend.The restroom is available and clean, plenty of seating and the service is good.Prices are still out of line but it is what it is.I thank the management at this location, I am in the area fairly often and if I can find parking I will have no issue being a customer here.“

“I am in this location M-F as it is the nearest Starbucks to my office. The staff is pleasant, fast and always accurate. Though I usually place a mobile order, my items are ready, well prepared and even include the straw and cup of ice I request once I'm in store. When I worked at Starbucks some years ago, the expectation was to have customers in and out of the store in 3 minutes or less. The partners at this location definitely do. “I came to the mall to return some items and was pleasantly surprised to see that a Starbucks had been put in the spot where the old bagel shop was. Usually I would have to go all the way over to the barclays centre the other side of the mall or upstairs and target, which can be a hassle when I'm going to the other side of the mall. Also some of the employees at the other locations in the area can be pretentious or crabby. So it was a fresh experience coming into a new location with super chill employees and good drinks.When I came in, it was all smizes and greetings. Good sign... The cashier/barista Herbie was super nice, as we chatted about my shield, likened to the Mandalorian and Daft Punk, lol. Before I knew it, he had whipped up my favorite, a flat white with pistachio sauce, iced and ready to go! I will be sure to visit this location going forward. It's refreshing to have a pleasant Sbux experience in these parts.“

“I enjoy this location. It's often visited when I'm near McCarren Park. The atmosphere is pretty chill. The only issue I have is their inconsistent dog policy. On one occasion I did a mobile order while walking my dog. I went to the pick up area to get my drink. Upon arriving a staff person informed me that dogs were not allowed. Which I understood. I have never bought him there again. However, there have been countless times that I've seen dogs in the store. Unlike when I went, just for a pick up, customers have sat in the store, drinking beverages with their dogs in tow. It could be I went on the wrong day. Other than that, the staff is friendly and the products are fresh.“

I still can’t find the coffee that I like at Starbucks (I haven’t liked any of them yet), but I think that with Angel I will find my drink, because it’s always pleasant to come to him, he is courteous, polite, friendly , always offers interesting combinations of coffee, milk, syrup and so on. “Yes, there are rude and unkind baristas there - I will not deny that. HOWEVER, there are amazing ones. Mia and Josh are both INCREDIBLE. So sweet and kind and polite and RESPECTFUL. Always smiling, doing their job quickly and efficiently, kind to their customers, etc. If you don't like something, they will make sure to make it right for you. They always try their best. They treat you like people. I have become very good friends with them. It's always a pleasure seeing them. I am grateful for them. I honestly think they deserve a promotion and/or raise. Yes, during rush hour, ofc, your coffee won't be prepared right away, but in most cases, while I walked 7 minutes from home to the coffee shop, my coffee was already waiting for me at the counter.“

“I came to Brooklyn as a Canadian and I just wanted to say the Starbucks workers here are way friendlier than the ones back home or maybe I just had a good experience at this specific Starbucks one of the workers I don’t know his name, he’s a black young man with dreadlocks and tattoos is so cute and friendly he was talking to my sons and making jokes with them, and I wanted to come on here and hopefully he sees this but thank you you made my sons day and he’s fast and made our drinks less than 5 min and they were made with love. Very handsome and nice young man , hopefully he gets a raise.“

“I want to be fair so lets start off with the positive. The people here are pleasant and the coffee and other beverages are really enjoyable. However, I am quit disappointed at the pettiness on the mobile app when ordering at this Ralph Georgetown location. For the last 4 days on the Mobile app they block oatmilk orders….saying there is no oatmilk. I went into the store only to find out from the person behind the register, “oh, I’m sorry we have limited oatmilk so we are only serving it to in person customers!!!” Like how ridiculous is that…are you saying in person customers are valued above mobile app customers???? I’m freaking lactose intolerant and secondly, I’m running to take care of my patients! Must I come in and be delayed waiting in your long line…just for oatmilk!!!“

“There is a very big parking lot next to this place and easily you can reach there in and out for the highway. There are other shops and restaurants next to it like best buy, target kohls, five guys and .. they are very fast in providing the service. The only thing is that during covid you cant sit inside the place and you can not sit outside as there are not places available. The seating is totally blocked off due to Covid, so don't expect to come here with your laptop and sit around for hours and hours. I much prefer the vibe here and the service friendly and swift.
