Poor service.
Stopped by this Starbucks location to grab a quick coffee, and it was a pretty middle-of-the-road experience. The shop itself is clean and in a super convenient spot, which is great when you just need a reliable pick-me-up.
My drink was prepared correctly and tasted good, but the wait time was noticeably long despite there only being a couple of people in line ahead of me. The staff were busy managing mobile orders and seemed a bit rushed, so the overall interaction felt...read full review

I have been coming in for a while now and I must write a review on my service. Everyone is extremely welcoming but Angel stands out to me.
Due to once I enter my order is pulled up but not my name, always had to give my name. Which was never a problem because I was appreciative for them remembering my order.
Then there was I day I walked in and Angel had my name and order prepared and ready to go. We always laugh and joke about my order but that day was special to...read full review

Starbucks is a memorable location with exceptional service. Friendly staff, such as Gigi, can make a significant impact on the customer experience. The coffee shop offers a variety of drinks and has a fun atmosphere, as seen in their creative displays and witty baristas. Despite some minor hiccups, the overall experience is improved by the kindness and patience of the staff. The space is large and cozy, located right across the street from the Cyclone and Luna Park Amusement Park, making it a perfect spot to grab a latte and enjoy a walk on the boardwalk. The shop is nicely air-conditioned, which makes it very pleasant, and the staff are always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Customers often find the drinks are made to perfection, and the shop is always clean with a wide selection of gift cups. One highlight is the friendly attitude of the staff, who greet customers warmly. The food and coffee are fresh and delicious, and during busy summer days, the location tends to get very crowded. The shop also offers a fun atmosphere with creative displays and witty baristas, contributing to a positive overall experience.
However, some customers have noted issues with the hours, as the store says it opens at 5:30 am but often opens after 6 am, suggesting that the hours should be updated. This Starbucks features a drive-thru, which is convenient especially when parking is limited. Inside, the space is spacious but has somewhat limited seating, with the middle area being very large and empty without tables or chairs. Bathrooms are available and working. One customer customized a pumpkin spice latte with 2 pumps of pumpkin spice sauce instead of 4, and found it still very pumpkin spice and sweet, though the cup felt light and most of the drink was consumed by whipped cream and cinnamon. Another customer shared a great experience with friendly and welcoming staff, a clean and comfortable environment perfect for relaxing or working, and an overall well-organized space that shows pride in maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
