I was visiting Brooklyn and wanted to get a hot drink before continuing on my travels and I spotted a Starbucks close to the Town Hall. I did not have to wait long between being served and my drink being ready and it was prepared perfectly. The store has a strong wifi connection which is really helpful for tourists and I took the opportunity whilst enjoying my drink to check in with what's happening on the world wide web. everything was great other than the guy standing by the pickup counter screaming "anyone have a dollar for a homeless vet" every few seconds while i was trying to make an important phone call. but that's not really starbucks' fault, it's more the fault of the US military and government.

Needs a restroom for customers, staff are kind about it fortunately. I don’t know why there’s no restroom. This Starbucks is very small. One small room really. But always like 60 people at once. And needs to provide slightly better service.
