Elizah was very rude and don't know how to talk to customers. My order i asked for extra CARMEL instead got extra attitude which I didn't pay for. She needs more training in customers service of she has to do this kind of job.

Needs a restroom for customers, staff are kind about it fortunately. I don’t know why there’s no restroom. This Starbucks is very small. One small room really. But always like 60 people at once. And needs to provide slightly better service.

I was visiting Brooklyn and wanted to get a hot drink before continuing on my travels and I spotted a Starbucks close to the Town Hall. I did not have to wait long between being served and my drink being ready and it was prepared perfectly. The store has a strong wifi connection which is really helpful for tourists and I took the opportunity whilst enjoying my drink to check in with what's happening on the world wide web. The only minor criticism I would have is that there is not a huge amount of seating but the majority of people using the store were coming in, getting their drinks and leaving so perhaps there is not a demand for it? The staff were all really polite and welcoming.

Given it is downtown Brooklyn and it is very busy but they usually have a decent amount of staff to get drinks done in timely manner… oh the drink will come quick but the drink will not be done properly or have some odd flavors as if they started with one syrup and ended with another. Then several occasions I asked for a double cup because I ordered my drink extra hot, and they want to give me attitude about the extra cup.

I understand they’re busy but when people order a simple iced coffee and wait over 13 minutes and still not have anything, not worth the wait also, Starbucks needs to revamp the priority of online ordering while people are in person ordering. Just go across the street to Nero for a sane experience!.

everything was great other than the guy standing by the pickup counter screaming "anyone have a dollar for a homeless vet" every few seconds while i was trying to make an important phone call. but that's not really starbucks' fault, it's more the fault of the US military and government.
