I have never had to wait that long for 2 drinks at any other Starbucks. I know how it works when it's crowded but that was not the case here. Everyone, even the manager was lackadaisical. I got so frustrated I asked for a refund. It's the closest Starbucks to me and I've been here before and it's pretty much always slow. DONT go there if you're in a rush!
I use to frequent this Starbucks when it first opened. That is maybe 10 or 11 years ago. I recently started to visit them again because I am in the area. Let's start by saying so much has changed and it is not for the betterment of the company. There use to be a restroom availability and now they are saying that they do not have a public restroom which does not make any sense.
