The menu looks great the write up about the food is promising. The problem I see is with your training of your staff. That falls on the management. The management is setting up their employees to fail. Train your staff, hold yourself accountable, you as a manager is to train your staff, to your standards and expectations. I’m so mad at myself, I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 30 years and never went here until last night. Let me just say, they got a permanent customer out of me. I got 3 PIECES of FRIED FISH for 4.50!!! In NY in 2026 that’s damn near unheard of, and then for them to be freshly fried and seasonedddd!!!And not frozen box fish either I am shooketh! Next time Ill try the breakfast platter with the grits and get my fish on the side because WOW!
