Food took too long only to arrive cold. Tinolang maya maya arrived when we were almost done. Lumpia arrived when we were done eating.
Bank locked my card after cashier attempted to push payment 4x without asking me to input pin.
Wanted to settle with manager but no manager appeared after almost an hour waiting. No resolution.
The menu looks great the write up about the food is promising. The problem I see is with your training of your staff. That falls on the management. The management is setting up their employees to fail. Train your staff, hold yourself accountable, you as a manager is to train your staff, to your standards and expectations.
