It took 25 minutes to get a mobile order of 1 coffee. Something that usually takes 5-10 minutes. The baristas were frustrated and exhausted. It breaks my heart to see that companies still can exploit their hard working employees like this! Nothing but bad management and greed!! On top of that being told bathrooms are only for employees!@Starbucks, do better! ?? both for your employees and customers that are paying so much money for your product!!

I drank yesterday 07 feb 2024 it was my the worst Starbucks Coffee in my life here!! Barista has made drink using used coffee, and don’t put coffee in PickUp zone. I didn’t have time that come back after try a coffee. Staff is very bad

These employees, SPECIFICALLY THE ONE MAKKNG THE DRINKS, NEED MORE TRAINING. The people at the register are fine; the MISERABLE EMPLOYEES WHO MAKES THE DRINK; they’re the issue. THEY ARE SLOW AND 8/10 TIMES YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG! It’s so annoying. Then when you let them know you didn’t order what you received; it’s an even bigger issue. I guess because of the location, they just hire anyone.

They won’t allow paying customers to use the restroom room- I came here to work on a few things and have a nice early start to my day - now I ordered - pulled out my laptop set it all up just to pack it all right back up because I had to pee, ridiculous how they treat people out here in nyc-

The Rudest and most unorganized staff in the history of customer service. Starbucks is known for their grace and sophistication but you get all the attitude from the hood here at this one......How long you think I had to wait for a cup of ice? Yes you guessed it 20 mins! And thats because I asked how far along before its done and the unorganized card shines bright because it was someone else's job insteadIm surprised how they are even open! As they close you should feel the warm kickout from the staff member that wants to go home so bad......disgusting to have that where the "grass is greener" if you catch my drift

Location is super convenient but I probably won’t be coming back. I always give myself extra time so I can get something from this location and somehow still end up late to my destination(Even with their mobile order option) Something is seriously wrong if I have to wait 20-30 minutes for a baked croissant. Not to mention the food is mediocre. Not the best location if you have to be somewhere for a certain time. However, if you have time to waste be my guest? Staff is also very slow, unfriendly, and have no problem inconveniencing their customers.
