Yes, there are rude and unkind baristas there - I will not deny that. HOWEVER, there are amazing ones. Mia and Josh are both INCREDIBLE. So sweet and kind and polite and RESPECTFUL. Always smiling, doing their job quickly and efficiently, kind to their customers, etc. If you don't like something, they will make sure to make it right for you. They always try their best. Came twice to this location in one week. Cashiers seem unhappy. On this occasion 2/2/23, at 6:15, the cashier didn’t speak when I said hello. I tapped to pay and didn’t get a receipt. Please hire customer friendly staff. Please try and provide the same friendly customer service offered in other NYC locations.
