Among the cafes around Dumbo, this is one of the easiest to find. Great for warming up on a cold day.The only drawback is that there is no bathroom.There is no electricity connected to the outlet installed under the chair, so charging is not possible.Perhaps because I went in before it got too crowded, I didn't have to wait long and was able to get a seat.I took refuge from the cold while waiting until Juliana Pizza opened. Staff is helpful except for one woman who had a tissue stuffed up one nostril today (which in itself is unpleasant.) She was talking to one customer for quite some time. After she ended her convo, when she finally made my drink she didn’t add the topping. I waited for her to finish what she was doing then called for her attention. She pretended not to hear me say “excuse me” multiple times until I specified what I needed and she turned around silently with an angry face...read full review
The location of this Starbucks is great. So close to some of the tourist spots like Brooklyn Bridge. There was some construction going on right outside here when we were there but the coffee was good ?. The staff were not as great as some of the other locations, but overall a good experience.
