The staff here needs to be retrained. There are a lot of conversations between the workers instead of them actually working . I come here every so often and it’s the same thing every time. It’s not usually crowded when I go so waiting 7/8 minutes for a drink it’s kind of ridiculous.
I ordered two chocolate chips cookies and a cream cheese bagel. It took the guy 6 minutes to start making my food. There were 3 other girls making drinks. They seem more focused on making drinks and joking around then making the food. I waited about 12-15 minutes to get me food. I don't think I will patronize this establishment again. And I tipped. Never again.
