Loved this cozy restaurant and its food. Chef Trinh came to our table several times to explain the dishes to us. His pride and ownership of the culinary artwork were shining through. Services were superb. Although the restaurant was full, we received the personal service attention. Every dish was a conversational piece, from presentation to multitude of flavors. This restaurant is the true definition of fusion food. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening
This was everything you wanted in a dinner experience. For starters there is something fun about walking the graffiti lined streets of the LES into an unexpected fine dining experience. The staff from our actual waitress to the Som to the people delivering our food were personal and fun and added to the experience. One of the owners (Raymond) even came around to chat. Truly outstanding meal envisioned by mastermind Raymond, accompanied by stellar drinks crafted by Jack, and world class service by Christine. the Shrimp and grits with langoustine was one of the best bites I've had in recent memory. Cannot wait to go back.
