“Visited on Wednesday night to celebrate mine and my husbands wedding that day and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by lovely friendly staff. We were seated quickly and were introduced to our server. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was fantastic. We opted for the Korean bacon to start and we both had the butchers feast. Outstanding. The steak was beautiful and the dishes that came with it were amazing too. The short rib and egg soufflé were my favourite. “This place absolutely lives up to the expectation when it comes to food, service, atmosphere, and the oodles of money you will pay for your meal. Quick tips are go early (because by 6:30/7 it will start to fill up) or during the week, order the burger (they only make 6 per DAY), and reserve a high top seat by the bar (just my preference but it made me feel like I was in a less stuffy/fancy shmancy restaurant).

Jk about this being a short review. Anyway I loved all of the appetizers we got to start and would order them again and again. The bread service had a cheddar biscuit that was unnecessarily good, herbed focaccia, and whipped butter and labneh as dips. I had to stop myself from going crazy on that alone. The tuna tartare with shiso, sesame, and seaweed was light, fresh, and the flavor didn’t overpower the tuna itself. Tuna grade was also a 10/10 and just melted in my mouth. The oven baked cherry stone clams with pickled pepper, garlic bread crust, snd spicy pepper butter was creamy was deeply flavorful and blended so well together. If any critique here, I would ask for the breadcrumbs to be toasted a bit longer but I’m just being annoying. Then their take on a Caesar, the little gems salad, with hazelnuts, an anchovy vinaigrette, and leeks was just surprising enough while still following the traditional Caesar taste… so exactly what I wanted to feel like I was doing something different.

As for our mains, the bone in filet mignon just melted. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned intentionally but sparingly so the meat really shined. The cappelletti with butternut squash, brown butter, candied pepitas, and toasted sage was such a cozy dish, it tasted how the Fall season feels! If I were to critique the dish, I wish it was served hot and not warm; that would’ve brought its level up to a 15 instead of 11 out of ten. And the star of the show… the bar burger! Of course it’s not on the menu and as I said above, they only make 6 burgers a day… so obviously I had to get it and was not disappointed in the slightest! Nothing fancy here: melted cheese (don’t ask what kind), medium rare burger, light tomatoes sauce (fancy ketchup) and a sourdough bun. Think that’s what haven tastes like? The burger was HUGE so I will be eating the other half for breakfast.

Had the most delicious cab that was sooo expensive… so I’ll never have it again but it was fruity and bold in all the right ways.“

“I went to Harry's for my birthday dinner while visiting NYC in May 2025. Everything was absolutely perfect. Best beef wellington I've ever had. The service was outstanding. The drinks were delicious and the creme brulee topped everything off. I plan to dine there everytime I visit NY. I would recommend to any and everyone.“

OMG where do I even start? The food is unreal and the staff is so classy! They literally treated us like royalty.
The Steak Frites was the best I’ve ever had—literally melted in my mouth. That Ribeye was cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside and super juicy inside. And don't even get me started on the mashed potatoes and spinach... I’ve never had mash that creamy in my entire life! No wonder the chef has a Michelin star!
We went for Restaurant Week; my husband got the lunch special and that Salmon Tartare was next level. Even the bread, the butter, and the dessert were a total 10/10.
Seriously, you guys HAVE to check this place out. Worth every penny🔥

The food was outstanding, steaks cooked as requested, sides of Steakhouse fries, sauteed broccoli and mushrooms were perfectly delicious accompaniments. “My family and I dined here after a Broadway play as part of our birthday celebration for my wife.

The server and sommelier made it a point to make our experience special and started off our meal with a glass of champagne. Our server, Ben, was excellent and walked us through the menu choices and helped with a few selections and then took great care of us throughout the evening.

The Sommelier, Jazz, helped us pick the perfect bottle of wine based on our wine preferences and within the budget we gave him. He checked back in several times to make sure we were happy with the wine and the meal.

Everything we ordered was excellent, Hamachi, Steak Tartare, Filet, Wagyu Rib Cap, cocktails and desert. We loved it all! When Jonathan, the General Manager, stopped by to say hello and check on us we told him we no longer have to search for a favorite steak house, we just found it.“

This is the NYC of the movies you watched as a kid (or your parents/grandparents did). The menu is short but quality, the hash browns are browned in animal products, the service cannot be beat and the meat is perfectly seared and at the temp you ask for. (The family style dessert plate will blow your mind.)

Special shout-out to our regular waiter, Hector (whose TikTok is also amazing), and the wine list which is long, good, and more interesting than almost all of its competitors.“

“Restaurant was more crowded than expected for 6:30pm on a Thursday night. We got 2 slices of bacon as an appetizer......mine had 2 very long hairs in it. They brought me another slice with a “no one working has long hair so idk how the hair ended up there”. I was honestly surprised they didn't even offer to comp me the 1 piece of bacon ($15+). It would have been a nice gesture and only $15 of a $300+ bill. But other than that the food was good. We got tomahawk steak for 2, mashed, mushrooms and asparagus.“

“Niku X is definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in LA. The food is incredible—A5 Wagyu, king crab, and even tomahawk steak. Honestly, it’s hard to pick a favorite because everything was so good🤩 The sea bass really stood out for me—so tender and flavorful. And the desserts? Amazing. The sesame cake, in particular, was a surprise hit. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients.
