Wolfgang's Steakhouse - Park Avenue in New York City is highly praised for its excellent food, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. Visitors describe it as the best steakhouse they have ever been to, with a classic old-school vibe that creates a great dining experience. The ribeye is especially recommended, often highlighted as one of the best steaks around, and the fat cut bacon exceeds expectations. The restaurant offers a clean environment with attentive service, though some mention it can be noisy and that waitstaff may not always check back frequently. The food quality is consistently appreciated, though a few reviews note minor issues like a lack of taste in the apple strudel or a slightly disappointing steak. Overall, Wolfgang's Steakhouse is highly recommended for those visiting New York City, especially for special occasions or classic steakhouse experiences.
