I am giving this Chipotle 3 stars only because it has fluctuated from 5 stars to 1 star in a span of one year! As of right now, it is back to a 5 star Chipotle - someone in upper management clearly listened to all the complaints because the staff working there between March/April-early summer of this year was some of the most unprofessional and rude Chipotle staff I've ever encountered, including a manager that was berating a customer over ONE extra tortilla in front of a huge...read full review

No pride anymore, I'm afraid. It used to be people came around at lunch time and wiped down the counters....asked you how it's going despite a break neck pace, there was quality.... now it' feels dirty and panicked... Ordering is absolutely chaos... Flinging guac around.. So disappointed... Food is good so that's probably why they don't care

This specific Chipotle location has great staff that works with efficiency! They get the orders correct, and I rarely have to wait for my scheduled pick up order, even when they are busy. Treat the staff with respect regardless of performance, but show this crew extra love because they do a superb job!
