The worst Chipotle store there is in NYC. The amount of meat was a joke comparing to the amount you get in other locations. The manager said “that’s planty”. The tables were dirty, we asked if they can clean, the response was “clean it yourself”.

This place is actually my favourite fast food place I visited during my time in New York. Food is tasty and fresh, service is unbelievably quick. Limited seating but not too concerning as you are given a large paper bag for an easy take out option. Fairly expensive but expected from its area and location.

I am giving this Chipotle 3 stars only because it has fluctuated from 5 stars to 1 star in a span of one year! As of right now, it is back to a 5 star Chipotle - someone in upper management clearly listened to all the complaints because the staff working there between March/April-early summer of this year was some of the most unprofessional and rude Chipotle staff I've ever encountered, including a manager that was berating a customer over ONE extra tortilla in front of a huge line of people and trying to make her pay $1.50 for it!Anyway, like I said, thankful for the new staff that has been there since the September/October time frame - they are kind, courteous, professional and have the orders ready on time! Especially important when you have two tired little kids that just want to eat and go to sleep.Thank you new Chipotle staff for bringing this location back to 5 stars!

You have got to do better. We ordered food and after the order we were told you didn’t have chips with our guacamole. The food was old and tasted not fresh. The service was unapologetic and insincere. We needed to use the bathroom and they said no since it was close to closing time. Although the restaurant was still open and busy. Come on Times Square Chipotle. DO BETTER

Careful if you order to pick up or delivery. I got all the veggies and salsa and sour cream and cheese missing. Only got the chicken and rice and beans. At least they got right the extra portion of chicken. It felt really dry and heavy without the veggies and the salsa. I would have come back and complained but I couldn't afford the time to go all the way back and spemd my limited lunch break.
