“Early this afternoon I went out for a walk and decided to stop at Chipotle to get a meal to take home.While I was ordering my food I began to get dizzy, the room started to spin, things were going dark and the voices around me got faint. I thought for a moment I was about to die.The staff helped me to a chair, gave me some water and the most amazing part is that one of the gentleman that was working there was a first responder. This post is not about the food, which was really good, but a post about the people there.The staff, in full, did a lot more than I would have ever expected to help a stranger. The first responder was so kind and so helpful and with his help I was able to get back on my feet after a bit of a rest and walk to a local Urgent Care for a full checkup.A trained team is wonderful for a business, a loving, kind and supportive team is priceless for everyone. This team will forever have a place in my heart and forever have my gratitude.“
“Service was fast and neat. Rawan was clean organized and fast with taking orders and moving on to the next customer in the blink of an eye. Her work area was so clean compared to other chipotles I’ve been to, especially with how fast she was getting the orders done. Shot out to her. Store was extremely clean over all even though they were very busy. 1st time to this location but I will be back as it stood out from others. Will be a regular in the rotation now.“
“Come here often but notice guacamole is really dark at times, not to say most of the time. I'm not buying that until it looks fresh like in others Chipotle aside that inconvenience the place is nice and clean I love the food and the staff is really friendly. Work on the guacamole please.“
“This is our local Chipotle and we love them. Chipotle’s #1 customer is my 6 year old son. He could eat their quesadillas everyday. This Chipotle makes the quesadilla the way he loves. Other Chipotle’s don’t and my son will just refuse to it. Even if hungry! It’s crazy! My son is that stubborn. Hopefully he grows out of being such a picky eater. “There are a few chipotle restaurants near me in flushing but I choose to drive out my way to this store. Easy parking, great staff, the food is always freshly prepared, and quick service. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for a good customer experience at a chipotle.“
“portions could be better. i don't eat at other chipotles enough to be able to compare the taste, but i haven't had issues. i come here pretty often and haven't had any negative interactions with the staff either, so i'm a little surprised at some of the reviews about rude workers. the hs kids can be very loud and grannies that come in and take up tables without buying anything are kind of annoying but what can you do. there's also a guy who comes in, empties out the entire soda machine, and just leaves. i've seen him do it a few times, so if the machine is ever completely empty it was probably him haha“
