They charged me 16$ for a half of a bowl and all I wanted was chicken peppers and Lettuces I would not buy from here again
To be clear the employees were kind but I will never return here because the policy of some food orders have to be placed online. It’s extremely inconvenient to have to walk away from an empty register/ line order it online wait for them to receive it just for them to have to make it all the same if they would’ve just taken my order. Again this isn’t a bad review on how the employees were because they were kind about the policy but the policy in general.
The location sucks. (3) protein trays were empty at 11:30am!!! That's lunch hour!!
Not sure who hires the staff, but it's like a failed experiment. The girl serving food could not focus for 5 seconds; instead, she is flapping her gums to other co-workers about god knows what. I couldn't understand the gibberish anyway.
Food is OK. It's chipotle after all.
