Very good costumer service, and generous portions.
Just had the BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN, which only had 2 pieces of chicken. The rest was all vegetables. Very very DISAPPOINTING for what you charge. Shocked, actually.
Ever since the change in management a year ago theyve become so stingy with portion sizes. They switched up the containers to slightly smaller ones, and when you order a plate they dont fill up the whole space in each segment with the food that you ordered. And they do the classic chipotle thing where theyll scoop the food up and then shake half of the food out before putting it in the containers.
