I walk in to get my pre work meal to nothing but screaming. A man is asking for a refund after missing some contents from his wrap. They went back and fourth the whole time. There was 5 employees working. Ice was all over the floor spilling out the door while people walk over it. one employee in the back is in of the kitchen testing temperatures of the food with no gloves on her phone. Had an accessible bathroom. Never had their food before in my life but I'll be having it tonight. Why does NYC not believe in public toilets smh.
