The staff is not very nice at the one I went into. Tried to give us 1 scoop of rice for a burrito bowl and gave a bit of attitude when I asked for more rice. The food's not even that great for fast mex food.

I love the food but service from this girl who served me sucked. I greeted her with a smile on my face, all I got was a bad look. Poker faced that was reeking of "I hate this job". I didn't get her name but she was the only girl there at 7:20 pm. The male cashier is way better! Smiling and suggesting drinks and other items to me.Avoid her! She will dampen your good mood. Not a good way to end your day!

My experience at this Chipotle was ok. I was able to use my free entree reward. I ordered my usual burrito bowl without the guacamole or queso, but it was good all the same. If you want your free entree to really be free, avoid the things that cost extra. It will really total up to $0.00. I was really happy with my order but for some reason, the corn was frozen, yeah, frozen.
