I paid over $4 for a bottle of lemonade. I asked for the price of something on the menu because no prices were posted. The person who eventually answered me told me I had to ask for specific items before he could answer me. I wasn't familiar with the items on hand and asked him about that. He didn't know them himself and after much ado he finally admitted he didn't know because that was not his job. He was cleaning. Others were in the back; but none of them volunteered to come up to help. I began to question him more loudly so they could all hear and another girl finally came up to the front. She wasn't much help either. They looked like they just wanted to close the store. It was not closing time yet. That's when I got impatient, grabbed a drink and paid so I could use the restroom. You cannot use their restroom without making a purchase. I was fine with that. I just didn't appreciate how unhelpful they all were. From the moment I walked in it was obvious they were not interested in helping me. All heads were down. No greeting or eye contact. One person even turned her back on me as I approached. I give Chipotle a 0 out of 10. Do not recommend.

This spot definitely one of the worst chipotles ive been too and ive been too alot. I mean customer service at alot of locations now have declined and the skimping on portions is bad. But this location took it to another level of rude and skimping on portions. Lol i mean the taco i got had barely any rice and barely any chicken. I wish i took a pic and the person serving just looked at me like im crazy when i asked for more but he didnt give me any more. I honestly shouldve just walked out than feel ripped off.

As I was walking in 2 hours before closing.. I believe before you serve someone, you should have the courtesy to tell the customers what you don’t have in the menu to avoid getting disappointed and wasting food just in case I was to be someone who would not eat my food without something. They told me they did not have chips but still proceed to give me queso. Not to mention I did see they had chips.. The chicken was burned, the rice was hard. Just overall 0. The food was disgusting. The soda machine wasn’t working, there was no ice. I mean what’s the point of having this restaurant open? Never again.

Lady making my bowl was rude and rushed me through everything impatiently (though i was the only person in line). I asked for light red-sauce and she put extra. The food was so spicy from the extra sauce that I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away.

There are two restrooms but employees closed one for them only and didn’t open on demand. Staff is rude and don’t names for complain to managers. That was an abuse from the person on pic.

I ordered a carnitas bowl w/ brown rice, black peas, pico, & cheese and sour cream at 4:41. However when i opened my bowl it smelled like some something was spoiled so i assumed it was the sour cream. At 5:45 i went back to the store to INFORM them that i had threw up right after eating my food. I was simply informing whoever the tall lightskin manager is that worked on 05:48pm on 07/13/2023. I told him to smell the sour cream and his statement was "thats how sour cream smells. " sour cream does not have a hot high smell of garbage unless it is old. He asked if i wanted anything else i said no im just informing u. He catches an attitude enough for his coworker to say its not that serious its just sour cream. If u dont like your job find another one cause theres ppl out here that are nastier than someone telling u hey becareful cus u may get an actual caren.

Cleaning person who work here has no respect to the dining customers. When we were still eating lunch the guys started to clean floors and I had to stop eating because of the visible dust on the air and people started to cough. Disgusting!!!

The staff is not very nice at the one I went into. Tried to give us 1 scoop of rice for a burrito bowl and gave a bit of attitude when I asked for more rice. The food's not even that great for fast mex food.
