The person who made my order was nice and moved quickly, making sure to ask me exactly what I wanted. The person who rang me up made sure I had my queso before bolting out the door. Love Chipotle and will be back soon!
One employee with dark hair and glasses works during lunch hours. She shakes food off the spoon rationing the serving size. I understand portion control, but you’re not being fair to a paying customer minimizing the standard portion while I pay full price. I can’t imagine how they prepare online orders. Also, their chips are ALWAYS STALE.
This Chipotle is new around my house and I decided to stop in. I usually take my food to go but I decided to eat in with my kids and everything about it was amazing. The employee who prepared my bowl for me showed me the absolute best hospitality. He didn’t have an attitude like other locations, he made sure he fulfilled my order the way I wanted.
