Extremely disappointed. First of all the staff behave like they own the store, sometimes you get there at 9:45pm and they will refuse to let you in saying the store is closed. Well it says they close at 10pm so I should stull be able to get my food at 9:45pm. Besides that one time I found hair in my food and the second time plastic. Sometimes they will tell you they are out of vegetables.. how is that possible? Refuse to cut vegetables or are they out of stock? I don’t think...read full review
Always out of stuff. Never really fill your bowls. No forks. Either just super busy being on the campus understaffed or no communication between staff.They also did not give me my dressing for the salad. Make sure they give you you're receipt. In case you have issues otherwise chipotle don't wanna hear from you.

So when the place is packed they ignore drivers to make their in store customer line smaller .... Here's the problem more people walked in . So now I know you guys don't value out store customers the same as in store . No reason for 40 bags are just sitting there and so that could empty the store they ignored us drivers .
