Rude. Very rude. How rude can you get?
I wish I could give it 0 stars. Staff is RUDE. Absolutely 0 customer service skills, drinks are never made right and food is served cold everytime. Don’t waste your time here unless you want to be treated poorly.
I was super surprised with how I was treated at this Starbucks. I have never felt more disrespected and not listened to. They refused to make my order the way I always get it at literally any other Starbucks, and on top of that did not want to help me figure out what else I could get. I was so excited for my matcha today, and then it all got ruined.

Starbucks, located near Temple campus, offers a friendly and quick service with a variety of seating options to enjoy the nice weather. The coffee, including lattes, receives mixed reviews. Prices are comparable to other Starbucks locations. The staff is known for being sweet and friendly. Despite some reviews, jazz-hand-magic or jazz hands are not a feature of this location.
