I am currently leave this location where the service of one staff member was great she is a woman with long blonde braids, her coworker not so much she is short as soon as it was time To serve the customers she decided to go to the bathroom even though the staff with the blonde braids was already making coffee and she was sitting in the back next to the donuts talking when she notice a customer(myself) come in she went to the restroom so she didn’t have to serve or be of service...read full review
They are the only ones that have my COOKIE BUTTER COLD FOAM! So it's seasonal but I wonder why they always have it and other Dunkins don't!!! The chocolate cold foam is disgusting! I wish they would keep cookie butter cold foam all season!

Great location! I was walking out of the store and hadn’t realized one of my drinks had a small slit in the cup, causing it to leak. The district manager just so happened to see me, pointed it out, and walked me back to the store to have it replaced. Amazing customer service coming from someone who wasn’t even on the clock at the time! Whole staff was really nice about it and worked very quickly. Thanks :)
