I've ordered delivery from here a few times and every single time we have an item missing, or the drink is wrong, and the food is cold and not fresh. This will be the last time I order from here.
Rude person taking orders. Ordered online for a personal pickup. I go tell the person I ordered online they tell me they need to see the name and to get into another line. There is no name when you purchase in the Wendy's app for your own food just the receipt I tried to show the person but they flagged me. Don't work in customer service if you don't do well with people.

This place is absolutely filthy. I would understand a bit of chaos is I walked in during lunch rush. It was just 11 am. The woman that took my order was on the phone while taking my order. The counters and floors were filthy. It even smeeled dirty. Being g a Temple student, I was in a rush and just grabbed food. I got less than half a cup of cheese sauce. Even though it was still early, my burger was cold. Regardless of convenience, I will never be here again.
