“I’ve been to the Chipotle on Fruitville Pike more times than I can count—mainly because I live close—but every single time it’s been a mess. Out of food, dirty counters, chaotic staff, just not run well at all. I honestly forgot what Chipotle should taste like.
Everyone kept telling me to try the Rohrerstown Rd location, so I finally did—and wow. Night and day. The food actually had flavor, everything was fully stocked, the place was clean, and the staff actually seemed to care. The energy was better, the service was smooth, and you could just feel that this one’s run by solid management. This is how it’s supposed to be.
Fruitville really needs to step it up. Until then, I’ll be making the extra drive.“
“The staff are amazing. There were only 4 people working, they had a line out the door, and a constant stream of online orders. There was this one boy who was so extremely kind running mobile orders AND doing register. He was communicating with the rest of the staff. I waited a while for my food but I will never complain. Those staff members were getting yelled at by door dash drivers and extremely rude customers. Each one of those staff members deserves a raise for sure. They were amazing and so kind.“
“Let me be completely honest with you. The 5 star review is not for the restaurant as a whole. My 5 star review is for team member JASYSON ALBRIGHT.
My friend and I went to grab a quick bite around 8pm. We could tell it had been a long day for the team. There was one single Poppi in the cool case, the utensil bins were empty, the Fresca drink dispensers were out, and there was no ice. As we got closer to the ordering counter the girls taking the orders were at a constant state of “we are out” or “we don’t have that.” The team was tired, we could tell. However, this operation had 2 more business hours go. JAYSON ALBRIGHT was the difference maker here. When building an order he noticed there was no more pico, he began to prep more, when he got back to the station he finished the order but noticed there was no more corn or sour cream and he prepped those as well. The other girls seemed to be upset that he wasn’t helping them at the front line, but he was a man who had the customer’s feelings and experience in mind. He knew the customer infront of us wanted chips but the girls behind the counter told her there were no more. JAYSON called the customer over and said “if you have 2 minutes I will make this right.” And he made her chips. He was working hard. We were impressed by his flexibility, his drive, and the way he was literally carrying this Chipotle on his back. And, he did it all with a smile on his face. We thanked him for his commitment to the brand, and for being a great team player when the rest of his team was not. We then learned this is not even his store! He was here from Hershey (thirty minutes away btw) covering a shift for someone else. Thank you JAYSON, Chipotle should be proud of the employee you are and that they have you on their team.“
