“Watched the manager Ch**** handle a disgruntled customer like a professional! Customers coupons or points expired and wanted the free food anyway. Manager offered him a free bowl but he was still not happy and made a scene infront of the entire restaurant. Great staff!“

“Stopped here during a lunch break since my school is right down the road. I ordered pickup for ASAP (which was about ten minutes wait). Got there and my food was ready and on the pickup counter on time, and everything was super well organized. Made everything easy and efficient. Even small things like having the cup for the fountain drink, all items in the order present AND all during a Friday lunch rush? I’ve been to other Chipotles in the area, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Clean, well lit atmosphere and great portions and flavor with the food itself. I will be back! :)“
