“Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The cleanliness was very poor, and the tables were extremely dirty. A place should always maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness for customers. I hope management pays more attention to this because it creates a very unpleasant impression.“
“This is a good chipotle. Maybe I walked in at the perfect time, Saturday evening around 6pm, but all of the sides were very fresh and seasoned well which is something I haven’t experienced in a while at Chipotle in general. The steak however was salty and the original server tried to give me 5 pieces lol. Thankfully I made a comment and the next server put a proper amount. Friendly staff, give them a chance and be vocal.“

They were so patient with me N my SHEnanigans/issu3s. smh they got my order right N evrytng of course I tipped in ca$h coz I was soooooo happy jus to be able to rush home quicck BUT I had to run back in N thank them 4 actually getn my order right, delivery on PoINt as well. So... long story short, I HAD to go back in N thank them. Ya feel me? Lmfao yup thas a11. “I switched to this location for my daily lunch spot. Have never been happier, the cashier in the glasses (i hope he 1 day becomes manager) is always super positive and makes me feel always welcome. There is a dominican lady who works here that always makes you feel great, she smiles and gives you a great portion that is reasonable. My son plays baseball and she mentions that its her national sport so naturally he feels at home. So Frederick baseball community let's all come here and support them!!!!
The food is always fantastic and never is prepared poorly. So you will never have a poor case here.
The management is always well run, their biggest strength (from a customer perspective) is the feeling of acceptance and good consistency with the customer. I wish them such my best and dearest and will be happy to get my kids meals always!!!
