“Store was clean when we came in. The food all looked fresh. We got a burrito and and bowl. The staff were all friendly as well. We got everything to go. Our food tasted great and we both had plenty leftovers. The chips and queso were great as well. Definitely will be back agian this is probably the best store in the area. Glad they put one up here.“

“This Martinsburg Chipotle is generally clean, and my in-person orders usually go smoothly. The staff today were especially helpful, friendly, and good-natured, which made for a pleasant visit.
I appreciate having several gluten-free options and being able to customize my meal exactly how I like it. The Chipotle Honey Chicken and new Cilantro Lime Sauce are both really good and pair especially well together. Chipotle is on the pricier side—particularly when I order double protein—but I’m generally happy with the quality and portion customization, so it still feels worthwhile“
