“I've been here many times since I've lived here in 2 years, and have not really experienced much of what people are talking about in reviews. I really have had no complaints, other than the meat tends to have more gristle than I'd like to spit out. I have only (long ago) ran into issues with running out of ingredients/having things prepped. This place can get extremely busy during the rush.I never really eat inside, but the soda/utensil area does get a little out of hand sometimes. I don't really see staff members just standing around, they may just need additional crew to help out, not really sure.I recently been getting my order for pickup through the app, and I've dreaded not having enough meat or something like that. I'm happy to report that there were no problems the first/last couple app orders. It's nice to not have to wait in line, it can get long. I've walked out before many times because it was too busy, and I forgot to order early.“
“I love the staff who work during lunch hours, they always fill up my bowl whenever I come to order! And they're friendly too. I saw a review on here saying that quesadillas are "online only" and that's not true! I ordered a quesadilla here once through the line, all you have to do is ask. Food is always fresh when I come through. Bathrooms and the lobby are usually clean too. I recommend coming to this Chipotle rather than the other one.“
