I feel like this place has a lot of great potential. Even though it’s been open for a while it still feels like it’s learning how to operate. Floor has been dirty the few times I’ve been and even though the staff knew their roles, it still took a while to get through the line that had formed. Having said that, all the food I’ve had has been typical chipotle. They have a limited menu (no quesadillas) unless you order digital only (?) and their chips lack salt and lime flavor....read full review
I81 is a brutal drive. I appreciate this Chipotle being here to help break up the tension. Clean dining room and bathrooms, quick and friendly staff. It’s all I need on these travel days. Cheers!

I love the staff who work during lunch hours, they always fill up my bowl whenever I come to order! And they're friendly too. I saw a review on here saying that quesadillas are "online only" and that's not true! I ordered a quesadilla here once through the line, all you have to do is ask. Food is always fresh when I come through. Bathrooms and the lobby are usually clean too. I recommend coming to this Chipotle rather than the other one.
