The fact they always get my order right is crucial to me since I have six kids and don't like having to go back and complain that something is missing.“

But there was no workers up front and the few that could see me at the counter kept going with what they was doing as I wasn't there. I could see there was only a couple orders on the drive through as I was one of 3 customers in the lobby nog counting my daughter, and the other 2 was an older couple and already eating there meals. I waited over 5 minutes just to place our order if my daughter wasn't crying and ready to eat we would of left without ordering anything.“

“Service 1 star. There's never 2 people on both cashiers in lobby and always just 1 cashier which causes back ups and uncleanliness. There should be more help considering this specific Cook Out closest for people in Maryland and most Northern location so lot of people travel here. Mens bathroom is consistently unclean and mens urinal constantly out of order.

Kid-friendliness: No obscure music plays. Only Christian music. 2 high chairs available. Lobby sink. JR Trays available.“

Points reward system. I seem to almoat always earn my self a free reward which can be valued up to almoat a 3$ item. (I always get the double stacked taco)
Honestly charging money for the Verde and the new hot sauce is pretty dumb. IMO.
But it's fast food. This usually doesn't mess up my order.

“Apple Blossom Weekend and this store sits at the hub. It is a small store. Staff handled the crowd marvelously. Very organized. Not one person frazzled. Did they forget my large fry? Yes. However, when the issue was brought to their attention, they were quick to resolve. I noticed this with every concern brought to their attention. Again, the sheer volume of orders (drive thru, lobby, and app) was incredible. Mistakes are going to happen. But customer service, good customer service, is hard to come by these days. We'll, not at the McDonald's by Handley High this Apple Blossom weekend.“

“Always enjoy my Jimmy John's Subs, however the girl building sandwiches had extremely greasy hair, was wearing a mask pulled down just below her nose and sadly seemed to have some type of upper respiratory illness. Thankful for the masks as it relates to people preparing food only!“
