We ate at the bar and our bartender Molly was incredible. Very attentive, friendly, a blast to talk to and made sure all of our needs were met. Overall a great atmosphere, service, staff and food! “For those of you who long to be sitting outside on the streets of Paris eating traditional French food in an authentic atmosphere…this is as close as you’re going to get.The owner, Frederic Boukaïa, was everything you’d hope for.We dined for lunch and started off with a glass of rose—turned into two later on :)You MUST get the French onion soup to start your meal. We also got the escargot and it was fantastic. First time we’ve had escargot topped on mushroom rather than croissant/baguette. Phenomenal!For our entrees we chose:Leg of Lamb & Swiss sandwich on baguette. Perfect combination of succulent and crispy.Spinach Onion and Mushroom Quiche-we eat a lot of quiche and it was hands down the best we’ve ever had.So happy we decided to stop in Winchester for lunch here on our way back to DC. Only 1.5 hrs from DC! Well worth the drive. We will be back.”

The service could not be quicker, nor friendlier than all the people at Curry Cuisine.But the real kudos go to the food. The Mixed Kebabs was the best I've ever had - here or in India. The lamb and chicken were so tender, and the sauce had just a hint of hot, but mostly delicious. And order a Mango Lassi for like none other than you've ever had, without the cloying sweetness of the many others I have tried elsewhere. We also enjoyed the Palak Chatt - a bit different than elsewhere, but a wonderful combination of fried spinach, tomato, potato, onion, and garbanzos with a wonderful semi-sweet sauce.Overall, I highly recommend, and we will be back, even though it's a bit of a trek from Falls Church.oh, and the wonderfully sweet little lagniappe of rice pudding at the end was small, but just right ending.”

“We were in Winchester for a meeting and decided to try Taqueria Guadalajara for lunch. We're originally from California now living in Northern VA so I'm very picky with Mexican food. This restaurant did not disappoint. In fact, it's one of the most authentic Mexican food places. Definitely NOT Tex-Mex! I had menudo and hubby had barbacoa sopes and they were excellent (see pictures). I met two families here who were also from Southern California! You've got to try it here!”

Our Server Sarah was a gem, attentive and there when you needed a refill. We got the shrooms and bloomin onion and it was awesome. Not oily at all cooked perfectly. I had Filet with coconut shrimp add on cooked perfectly. Husband got the Outbqck seasoned seared prime rib, wedge salad and French onion soup. Packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Recommend a visit, won't be disappointed.”

“I came to this restaurant every time I'm in town for business. This is the best Pho in town. The broth is tasty and rich in flavor. Eggrolls are crunchy and yummy, specially when you wrapped with lettuce dipping in sauce. They have many options for healthy foods on menu such as spring rolls, salad, vegetables Pho and bbq pork with rice or vermicelli. The restaurant service is friendly, cozy , lots of spaces for big party, definitely a great local food gem!”
“I personally had been waiting a very long time to go to this restaurant I just went for the first time not long ago about a few weeks ago I wasn't feeling well ironically enough so I didn't get to eat the food in the restaurant but I have to say the atmosphere was amazing the employees were excellent with their service the waiters and waitresses were impeccable with their service and keeping up with checking on us but not over checking you know not to the point of getting on your nerves but they definitely made sure that the drinks were filled that they were there for boxes and bags and they were just on point very friendly a younger type of employee genre but very polite. We had a young girl I wish I could remember her name but she was a very pretty girl very polite very friendly very bubbly and she made the atmosphere in the restaurant that much better just because she had brought that too the atmosphere with her smiling and laughing and her genuine interest in I guess what we were wanting or the fact that I told her that it was my first time and she showed genuine interest it was just a fun time all around. Once I got to eat the food later on it was outstanding and I assume at some point that I will be going back to get everything else on the menu. The breadstick thing I don't get the hype it's not that great I'm not feeling the breadsticks but the alcohol was banging there alcoholic drinks they're pretty girly ones were phenomenal and very strong so if you want to go somewhere for a strong drink go there. They also have the fastest tap service. Literally you will order a beer and it's like your server does a spin and boom! Beer on your table. In addition to the great service the food is AMAZING. My personal favorite is the chicken cordon bleu sandwich, my husband likes the George Washington. Definitely recommend!”

The food options were plenty and the staff worked hard to keep everything refilled quickly. The buffet was clean, for the most part, considering how many people were at the counter at any given time. The food itself was good - salty, as expected, but the BBQ pulled pork and mashed potatoes were both my favorites. There were also so many dessert options, which was surprising. Most people think it is just a place where golfers get a quick bite before or after a round of golf, but I encourage everyone to come by and enjoy a great tasting and hearty breakfast. Their breakfast rivals Papermill Place which is known for great breakfasts. I actually enjoy treating friends to breakfast at Rock Harbor so I can see the surprise in their eyes.On top of breakfast, they have thick and juicy burgers. My personal favorite is the Bolder Mac which is a combination of Big Mac style sauce on a big burger. On Thursdays, they usually have a wing special. “This is a Mom and Pop food counter located inside a small Latino grocery store. The tacos are to die for. I had beef, carnitas (pork) and chicken tacos. They were all outstanding. They make pupusas one day of the week as a lunch/dinner special. They were not available on the day I was there, but if the tacos are any indication of the food, they too would be great! I look forward to trying them on another day. Very limited table space. This is a mostly to go food counter.”

We had dinner in the restaurant and Izzy was our server. She was so attentive and pleasant it made our experience really enjoyable. We were the only diners and saw many people leaving the hotel at dinner time. No doubt for wonderful restaurants but I suggest they try what the hotel has to offer. Steaks were excellent, vegetables and potatoes cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Thoroughly enjoyed this property.”

“It was my first time in this town the night I visited this place. I was with a friend and she suggested it as a place to get some quick to go snacks Before we head Back to her place. The staff memBer who we had interacted with was the manager on shift at the time. She seemed to Be in her mid to late 20's or so, and she was very friendly and happy energy wise. She made sure we were aBle to order on the kiosk and she checked to make sure her staff was preparing our food. She gave us our cups so that we could fix our soft drinks, and By the time we were done with that and walked Back to the front counter our she was handing us our food. It was only a 6-8 minute visit. The food was hot and fresh and we had no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this particular place.Parking: The parking is much like any other typical McDonald's. A few handicap spots and quite a Bit of regular parking in a parking lot on the property.”

“We stopped in on a busy Friday night, it was well into dinner time and since we didn’t call ahead we placed our order and waited. I think they told us it would be 25 minutes, but I don’t think it actually took that long. The atmosphere inside was casual and friendly and the service was excellent. We ordered Maryland crab soup, a lobster roll, and the tuna tacos. We got fries and hush puppies as a side along with coleslaw and took home some key lime pie for dessert. Everything was excellent, as we expected based on the food at Village Square and Water Street. We will absolutely be back both for their prepared food and for any of the large variety of fresh and frozen seafood.”

“We were in Winchester for a meeting and decided to try Taqueria Guadalajara for lunch. We're originally from California now living in Northern VA so I'm very picky with Mexican food. This restaurant did not disappoint. In fact, it's one of the most authentic Mexican food places. Definitely NOT Tex-Mex! I had menudo and hubby had barbacoa sopes and they were excellent (see pictures). I met two families here who were also from Southern California! You've got to try it here!”

“I personally had been waiting a very long time to go to this restaurant I just went for the first time not long ago about a few weeks ago I wasn't feeling well ironically enough so I didn't get to eat the food in the restaurant but I have to say the atmosphere was amazing the employees were excellent with their service the waiters and waitresses were impeccable with their service and keeping up with checking on us but not over checking you know not to the point of getting on your nerves but they definitely made sure that the drinks were filled that they were there for boxes and bags and they were just on point very friendly a younger type of employee genre but very polite. We had a young girl I wish I could remember her name but she was a very pretty girl very polite very friendly very bubbly and she made the atmosphere in the restaurant that much better just because she had brought that too the atmosphere with her smiling and laughing and her genuine interest in I guess what we were wanting or the fact that I told her that it was my first time and she showed genuine interest it was just a fun time all around. Once I got to eat the food later on it was outstanding and I assume at some point that I will be going back to get everything else on the menu. The breadstick thing I don't get the hype it's not that great I'm not feeling the breadsticks but the alcohol was banging there alcoholic drinks they're pretty girly ones were phenomenal and very strong so if you want to go somewhere for a strong drink go there. “I travel a lot for business and I get so tired of trying to find decent places to eat. Union Jack was an amazing find. Best fish and chips I've had in ages. Paired with the Union Jack IPA, and pretzels with beer cheese... I'm glad I don't live near this place, I'd weigh 400 lbs. The bartender Emily was super sweet and pretty darn cute I might add. Atmosphere was perfect, great music (not too loud) and soft lighting, but not so dim that you couldn't see what you were eating. Great place to grab dinner.”
“My first Golden Corral experience. It was better than I anticipated. Prices were very reasonable, with dinner buffet costing $15.99 for an adult. The food options were plenty and the staff worked hard to keep everything refilled quickly. The table server was so pleasant and attentive, and kept our table cleared and drinks refilled continuously. The buffet was clean, for the most part, considering how many people were at the counter at any given time. The food itself was good - salty, as expected, but the BBQ pulled pork and mashed potatoes were both my favorites. There were also so many dessert options, which was surprising. I'm not a lover of buffets by any means, but this was above expectations.”

The service could not be quicker, nor friendlier than all the people at Curry Cuisine.But the real kudos go to the food. The Mixed Kebabs was the best I've ever had - here or in India. The lamb and chicken were so tender, and the sauce had just a hint of hot, but mostly delicious. And order a Mango Lassi for like none other than you've ever had, without the cloying sweetness of the many others I have tried elsewhere. We also enjoyed the Palak Chatt - a bit different than elsewhere, but a wonderful combination of fried spinach, tomato, potato, onion, and garbanzos with a wonderful semi-sweet sauce.Overall, I highly recommend, and we will be back, even though it's a bit of a trek from Falls Church.oh, and the wonderfully sweet little lagniappe of rice pudding at the end was small, but just right ending.”
