“my wife ordered me a porter house tbone well done.with a sweet potato brown sugar cinnamon and butter mashed potatoes with brown gravy and shrimp. the porterhouse tbone was very pink and not well done. the shrimp and sweet potato was cold. called the manager he said that he would make another steak or send a coupon via email for another one. he sent a 15 dollar entree. this in no way will cover the cost of the steak or meal that was 49.15. i do not recommend this place to anyone to be done this way. Highly disappointed“

“Service 1 star. There's never 2 people on both cashiers in lobby and always just 1 cashier which causes back ups and uncleanliness. There should be more help considering this specific Cook Out closest for people in Maryland and most Northern location so lot of people travel here. Mens bathroom is consistently unclean and mens urinal constantly out of order.
