Island Delights Caribbean Restaurant is a food truck offering authentic Jamaican cuisine. The oxtail is tender and tasty, and the curry goat is amazing, both spicy but not too spicy. Dumplings are soft inside and crispy on the outside with a likkle bit of sweetness, and not dry. Other menu items include Jerk chicken, Red snapper, Fried dumplings (like fried donuts, a little sweet), wing dings with a homemade Everything sauce, and Brown stew chicken with brown gravy. Dinners come with two side choices: red beans and rice, steamed cabbage, white rice, or plantain. Portions are LARGE, prices are very reasonable, and the seasoning and flavors are delicious. The food is AMAZING, and this place is a hidden gem. The staff and owner are amazingly friendly, and customer service is awesome.
