We were looking for a Chinese restaurant that could accommodate vegetarians, as well as meat eaters, and a Google search brought up Cheng's.Cheng's is a clean and inviting Chinese restaurant with a good-sized menu. It would be great for take out, and also has a few small tables for dining in.The restaurant itself has the appearance of Chinese fast food, but the food quality is better than regular fast food Chinese. It appears to be all made to order rather than pre-made dishes sitting in chafing dishes, like at Panda.The vegetables in our meals tasted and looked fresh and crisp, not frozen. The ingredients seemed to be of good quality. The food was not overly greasy either.There are several vegetarian options available, in addition to meat options. The Kung Pao Tofu was incredibly delicious, and the fried tofu in it was cooked to perfection!The lunch specials are reasonably priced, and the customer service was extremely friendly and accommodating.
