“Korean fried chicken is no stranger to the food scene in the American diet. This chain is doing us all a great favor by serving a superb alternative to Popeyes or simple southern fried chicken joints. The biggest issue I'd have is the bibimbap that doesn't come with traditional Korean pickled vegetable sides - what gives! Hey Bonchon, don't settle and don't cave using Americanized ingredients on your Korean iconic dish!

I stand hesitant in even submitting this review for rather peculiar reason.

Bonchon South Riding is hidden..... so hidden that for the first time in my life, I got to eat at a restaurant like the entire space is reserved just for me. Is this how the obscenely-powerful or uber-famous people dine and how it feels? It's not a dining option actually offered by Bonchon as it's a side-effect of doing tremendous takeout business. I think we saw 10-20 takeout orders during my entire time dining in.

Ok back to the chicken. It's delicious, I need not say anything more and remember not to compromise on the bibimbap or any other iconic dish.“

“This was my first time visiting this place. I knew I wanted to visit because I've been passing by Tilly Kitchen for months every time I was in the area and because of Yelp reviews.

The building itself shows "Tilly Kitchen" but is actually a food hall with 2 separate businesses inside...Tilly Kitchen (Korean food) and Gavi Brunch Cafe. I originally came here knowing I wanted to order the Portobello Mushroom sandwich, but decided to check out the Tilly Kitchen menu. This is a brilliant idea, and i feel like they probably could've added more (smaller) businesses).

I ordered the Tteokbokki with bacon (less spicy)...but without the bacon. I've been seeing this dish trending a couple years ago and had to try it. It was pretty good, maybe next time I'll try the spicy one. They have so many other menu items: ramen, small bites, sushi, etc.

There is a lot of seating available, inside near the counters, a separate inside area away from the counters and outside. The decoration is very nice, but they looked like fake leaves/plants. There is a self-ordering kiosk for the Tilly Kitchen menu. Staff is just exceptionally friendly; I felt uncomfortable just leaving the dishes there for them to clean up.

I would return for sure, to try other items on the menu for both food spots.“

“Flawless blend of Korean pallet in an American package, newly renovated building, and super attentive staff that culminate in a restaurant that absolutely nails the middle ground between boujie Korean "Hansik" and home town favorite.
Would have posted photos if I wasnt in such a hurry to grub down but, unfortunately, you'll just have to take my word that the poke and bao buns are both clean plate club champs.

“After reading positive reviews about this Hong Kong Tea House, I decided to try it for lunch.

The interior of this cozy cafe was clean and well-maintained, though seating options were somewhat limited. As a self-service establishment, customers can conveniently place their orders at kiosks, and I appreciated the owner’s thoughtful gesture of bringing the food to my table.

The Gyudon Japanese Beef Bowl was enjoyable, though I found it relatively standard and felt that the portion size was small for the price. The Hong Kong Coffee Milk Tea was satisfactory, and I was pleased to discover that I could adjust the sugar level to suit my taste preferences.

The establishment offers a variety of food options, including Jian Bing Guo Zi and Popcorn Chicken. I look forward to returning to sample these dishes.“

“I've only had it for lunch, but the food is hot, flavorful, and comes out quickly. The service is friendly and the chairs are comfortable. The music isn't too loud, which is nice for being able to talk with friends or family without having to speak up. So basically, I like the place a lot and you should definitely go there.“

Our server Ty was amazing, providing us excellent service, anticipating our needs before we even said anything, his cheerful demeanor brightening up our day. Our food came out in record time and was absolutely perfect. The best part, and the reason behind PF Chang’s elevated level of service, is their Manager. He leads by example, going around to tables, checking to see how everyone is enjoying their meal. This of course provided us with the perfect opportunity to gush about Ty’s performance, professionalism and courteous conduct. This manager, through his leadership, has taken PF Chang’s level of service to what you see in five star restaurants. Keep up the great work, it is truly impressive and make sure the manager is well compensated, because he sets the tone. Also, give Ty a raise, he deserves it!“

“The people working in this place are probably some of the nicest people I have come across. I accidentally ordered the deep fried noodles and they hooked me up with alternatives at no charge. They are very fast and get your food ready within 10-15 minutes (or less) of your order.If you’re expecting fine dining Chinese food- this is not for you. Oriental Express has been our go-to for quick, very casual, tasty take-out Chinese food. It’s the best one in the area as far as price, quality, and taste. Their lunch special will get you full- full. It comes with rice, your choice of lunch special entree, soda can or soup (I suggest you get won ton or hot and sour soup), and an egg-roll. We always get General Tso’s chicken, orange chicken, sesame chicken, or sweet and sour (pick your protein). Their chicken wings are pretty good too.

“Visited KAZONE where I tried chicken katsu for the first time. First we were given free miso soup as an appetizer. Our dishes came out not too long after ordering, the chicken katsu and corn cheese. The chicken katsu was very flavorful and juicy. I especially liked the different sauce options as well. The corn cheese was also delicious. Overall everything made for a great bite of food. Since I’ve now tried chicken katsu from another place, I can confirm KAZONE’s is the best so far!“

“I am visiting from NYC and needed to feed my family. We looked up a sushi restaurant and Yen's popped up. I am so glad we decided to dine here. The service was great and the food was excellent. We order a sashimi deluxe, naruto roll, shrimp pad thai, pea tips with garlic, chicken fried rice and chicken with broccoli. The sashimi was fresh. The naruto roll was tasty. Shrimp pad thai was perfect. Chicken and broccoli was percect. Chicken fried rice was percect. Nothing was overly salty and fhe quality of the food is perfect. Ordered the Shumai two of the times, both times came out barely warm— could be hotter. Gyozas are amazing! Had an order of bulgogi, this time, and it was so yummy, we ordered an extra one to go!

“I had stopped going to Bonchon's a while ago as I've just not had great experiences. However, I do realize that Bonchon's are franchised restaurants so each Bonchon experience might vary greatly, and that's what happened at this location.I was in Reston to visit family that was visiting from out of town and settled on this place to meet and eat lunch.I wish I could chalk it up to just me having low expectations for the place but the food was genuinely delicious. We got Shumai, Japchae, Takoyaki, and the Combo (wings and drums) with both Soy Garlic and Spicy flavors. The food was all better than I expected, especially the chicken. Crispy, flavorful, fresh and MOIST. UGH I felt like it was the first time I had Korean Fried Chicken all over again, kinda like forgetting the plot of a great movie and getting to enjoy it all over again.I would imagine these wings are best enjoyed in-store, as take-out will let the steam/sauce soften up the breading on the chicken. Dine-in at the restaurant for the bone-in wings and you shan't be disappointed.We also got to meet Wendy, who I believe is the owner? She was so nice and caring and a pleasure to chat with. Saw her interacting with a police officer that came in to pick up lunch and she hooked him up with something extra, though I didn't hear exactly what it was. “I've been here 3 times in total so far. I wanted to come here a few times before I write the review to see how consistent this place is. Let's start off with the service. The service could use some work. Whenever I get done drinking my water, I noticed that I have to sit about 5-10 mins before someone realize that I'm out of water. Also, when I'm ready to pay I have to sit there for a few mins to wave someone down. Lastly, every time I go, I notice the floor is always wet. So just be careful on the floors. There are a good variety of food selections, but it could be more in my opinion. Those are my only negatives about the place. The food is really good and very tasteful. The hibachi area is nice; the guys back there do a really good job. I like how they seat you when you come in, it's always some privacy. I stay in Herndon and they have nasty Chinese food so I drive 28 mins to go to this place and it hits every time. That King buffet place is so disgusting in town so I will continue to go back to this place, back again and again and again and again.“

“They seated two of us at 9:10pm on. Sunday evening when they close at 9:30pm. We were the only patronsat that time. They also told us to take our time and not rush. Service with a smile. We felt bad for imposing and ate quickly.

I docked a star because one of our beef cuts seemed to have freezer burn. Would give it 4.5 stars if I could. Everything else was great and the price for the buffet is comparable to most such places. We got the pork bone soup and the lady obliged us by packing the leftover soup. Like I said - great service!

We used to really like the old place cos they actually had a big pork bone in each pork bone soup bowl. Sichuan Legend does not - but the soup is just as good!“
