Yu Noodles in Herndon is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it can get! I recently had the pleasure of dining here and was blown away by the incredible flavors and quality of the dishes.The steamed shrimp dumplings were a standout for me, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Very solid noodle spot. Food is reasonably priced and service is just okay. We tend to go to ramen places in the area but when we want a noodle dish we come here usually. Really hits on a cold night!
