“Food was Fresh and hot we got their family pack tender meal w/side of slaw, fried cheese balls and fried pickles. The family pack tenders came with two lrg fries. They were okay seasoned pretty well and the tenders were not dried out they were still juicy. The slaw had a nice sweet crunch to it. But now the cheese balls the batter was kind of thick and to much same with the pickles. They were both take it or leave it honestly. I'd say the sauces were a huge hit as well. Customer service was bar none and dinning area clean everything you want to see in a fast food chain like this. I would return.“

Ever since Planet Earth's most renowned chicken fryer, Nancy Gravely Shank, my dear departed mama, took her chicken fryer to heaven with her one morning. Brook Store's fried chicken is hands-down the best store-bought fried chicken I have ever had since I was born back in 1865, under the surrender table at Appomattox Courthouse.Absolutely perfectly crunchy and tasty on the outside, and amazingly tender inside. Even the breast was still juicy and moist. This place has it all. Stop what you are doing, RIGHT NOW, and drive however far you have to, to get here and try this chicken! I mean it! First the chicken tenders were big, juicy and flavorful, the blueberry biscuit was absolutely delicious, and the Jambalaya was so good.
