“We frequently stop at Dunkin's on our way to run errands. 9 out of 10 employees are amazing and quick. I love the newer menu that has many more options. Love the avocado toast and no matter the time of day my daughter wants their frosted donut and hash browns.“
“It's not really a dunkin' if you think of it. You serve yourself everything from the donuts to the coffee. Might just be a promotional store, but hygiene is a big thing in the health industry, and I don't go to regular self-serve gas stations because of it. Now you pay for a premium on the product and serve yourself? Why am I paying $3.60 when I can go to a gas station elsewhere and pay $1? Also, move the lids. My short little Trex arms had to reach all of the way into the machines to grab a large cup lid. Kinda awkward.“
“This Exxon is clean, fresh and always friendly. They have a self serve Dunkin that has donuts, bagels (they will toast them if you ask) with and without cream cheese, hot coffee, and Iced Coffee. Their deli has hamburgers, chipped beef gravy, sausage gravy, biscuits, toast, BLT's, and even tuna salad. Tina and Vickie can't be beat as far as a friendly helpful staff.“
“I love this place so much everybody that works there is always so friendly and so precise on my orders it's really nice to be able to go somewhere with great service and great coffee like this I visit this place about three to four times a week before I go to work“
“I was on my way home from a long business trip. I was tired. I pulled up to the drive through. There was 1 car in-front of me. It took sometime for them to order. I pulled up to place my order. The woman was very friendly and apologized for the wait. I ordered my coffee and pulled up to the window. There was a sign on the window that said something along the lines of "We are short-staffed. Please be kind to the employees that did show up." It was a humbling moment. Heather eventually came to the window and apologized over and over. It was one of those days where everyone came in at one time. She was so sweet, positive and kind even though she was overwhelmed. I could have been annoyed or angry that it took a long time to get my coffee, but I wasn't. I didn't mind the wait. It was a good reminder that though we always expect instant gratification..it's not alway possible. Heather conducted herself in a very professional manner. Thank you for being so kind, Heather! The coffee was great too“
“Plotted to stop at this Dunkin'- needed a quiet time and it has a nice eating area. NO! Walked in and the shelf blocked the counter, kiosks were unplugged. Mike (manager?) saw my dismay and in spite of their techical troubles, he got my stuff and I barely missed a beat; sat in the dining area anyway! So kind, good coffee and gives me joy in humanity. Thanks, Dunkin'. . I'm a bit humbled by your kindness.“
“Small drink size isn't that small. You can get a maple bacon egg and cheese on your choice of bread ( I like the croissants) for $4.79 and a small ice coffee with whipped cream that looks like a medium everywhere else for $3.89. Breakfast under $10.“
