Dunkin' Donuts in Hagerstown

“I go to this Dunkin almost every morning, and it’s always such a great experience! I’m greeted with a smile every time I pull up to the window, and some of the employees even know my entire order before I have to say a word. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and friendly, and they always brighten my morning. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers, and that’s what keeps me coming back. Thank you all for starting my day with such positivity!“

“Friendly and fast... They had my favorite flavor of donut even though it was the afternoon. I tried the raspberry tee lemonade. Delicious, but overly sweet. I hasn't realized it was getting 3 shots of liquid sugar... I'll skip those next time!“

“I sadly worked until 8 in frederick tonight. My nana asked me to grab her a scoop of ice cream before i came to her house. Felt so bad showing up right before closing. Had a birthday coupon to use. “This DD location is consistently fast, pleasant, and accurate at filling my food and drink orders. Very pleasant interactions. I have gotten spoiled by the fresh donuts and sandwiches. I drive out of my way or wait to be able to access this location as I am always satisfied with my order. Great job. These emplyees work hard and are good at what they do. Thank you!“

“It's the best dunkin around this area. Because the employees are all nice and polite. Compared to the others around this are that are not good. The customer always gets exactly what they order. The only down fall is it's inside the absolute worst Walmart. I'd like to see this group of employees take over any other dunkin around. Until then we will keep going there just because of the group of employees they have are truly excellent...“

“I had to change my rating. So i use this location being that it's right down the street from my work. I use mobile ordering. I order my food between 10 to 5 minutes before getting there and 9 out of 10 time my order is not even started yet. I do walk in to pick up cus the drive though can get long. Yesterday i get there and 2 employees seem to be having a disagreement on how things need to be done. One of them was working on my order while another one was just looked to me to be walking around. Not wanting to help get orders done. And that might be an issue that needs to be addressed, there should be more then 2 ppl working. Itba location right off one of the busiest intersection and only having 2 ppl work during rush times. Like moring and late afternoon is not good for business.“

“This place is the only location that gets my order right every time I travel to this area but I've heard other people say they have come here many times and if something on their order was wrong they are quick to fix it. So far everyone has been friendly.“
