I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts in Maugansville, MD, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The older gentleman at the front register struggled with using the app, leading to delays and confusion in processing my order. Upon receiving my food, two sandwiches were incorrect.When I attempted to have my order remade, I was informed that I needed a receipt, despite the fact that it was the staff's error. This is probably my favorite dunkin. The drinks were delicious, a solid 10/10. I wish they had this drink all year round. The hash-browns were absolutely perfect! The service was solid as usual. This dunkin does not disappoint.
Go there to order an iced coffee with the cookie butter. I usually order ahead but was driving and forgot to order ahead today. I get this iced coffee everyday and the worker tells me we cannot add cookie butter to the iced coffee, it's only for the cold brew and we have a limited supply. I said okay I'll just order online where I can get it and she says thank you?! If you know I can order it online why wouldn't you give it to me?
