This location is horrible. By far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I am (was) a Dunkin lover. This store has turned me off of Dunkin completely. It’s convenient to me so I continued to go and hope it got better but it has not.The service is terrible. I always order ahead and it’s never ready on time. I understand and appreciate wanting to make it fresh once I arrive (never tastes fresh), but it takes several minutes. Many times I have had to pull around to the creepy door on the side of the building. Also, several times they have tried to give me the wrong order. Please keep in mind everytime I go, they are not busy. 1, 2 MAYBE 3 other cars there.My coffee is always watered down. My refreshers are always watered down or have so much ice there’s barely any drink. The food is just nasty. I have tried so many things. The avocado toast is always cold and burned. The egg is so mushy and disgusting I would have to take the egg off so I just stopped getting egg. Sausage always seemed undercooked (also mushy and nasty). The bagels and cream cheese are okay but those are hard to mess up. The last time I went my sandwich was so bad I had to throw it away.Dunkin prices are creeping up to Starbucks prices so you might as well go there and get the quality and service that’s worth the money.

Who are all these people giving sub par stores 5 stars, that defeats the purpose of the review system. We are talking about Dunkin' Donuts here other than the rare exception there are none that even rate 5 stars, especially this one with comotose workers that messed up my drink and gave me nearly inedible food. If you expect nothing for your money that means our inflationary fiat money really is worth nothing, have some standards people. I intentionally eat out very rarely and your dissapointingly low expectations are ruining my experiences.

very rude and unaccommodating workers. drink was made wrong and went back to have it fixed and got an attitude for asking to fix it, and drink was still wrong. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. doesn’t even deserve the one star.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts in Maugansville, MD, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The older gentleman at the front register struggled with using the app, leading to delays and confusion in processing my order. Upon receiving my food, two sandwiches were incorrect.When I attempted to have my order remade, I was informed that I needed a receipt, despite the fact that it was the staff's error. I was also told that I was the one who ordered incorrectly. I found this lack of customer service disappointing. Even when I initially communicated my order to the older gentleman, the sandwiches were still incorrect upon receipt. One time mistake is okay, but twice is unacceptable.Only after returning to the store and encountering a different staff member did I receive sandwiches that were finally made accurately. The inconsistency in service and the inconvenience I faced make it clear that customer service was lacking. Regrettably, based on this experience, I won't be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts location.

Ordered a 25 of chocolate and blueberry donut holes but they gave us no chocolate. We told them and they handed us 6 chocolate donut holes.
