I just came through around 12pm and I don’t know the name of the person who is at the window right now but every time I go there and they're working I always have good service and my drink is always good and made correctly. I used to work at a dunkin so it just makes my coffee 10x more enjoyable. I don’t know how they feel about us customers but it seems like they care. And when the person was taking my order I was being kind of slow but they were patient and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother unlike some other places. Thank you!“
“The best donuts in the game. I want to give a shout out this location. I came to the drive through last night and ordered "one" donut. It's been a while since I had Krispy donuts so just wanted to have a piece of my childhood at that moment.I drove around in the drive thru and started my wait at the window. I was on the phone but started realizing how long I was sitting for one donut. I looked around. There was no one in the store. And like any good American, I start talking mad sh*t about the service and how long I was waiting for "one" donut.As I'm making sure I can be heard.. with my $20 bill to pay for my donut in hand, a black dude with drive thru headphones comes to the window...He is very polite and said "ma'am the red light is on and the donuts being made fresh." I was like I'm so sorry I didn't know.I then try to pay and he tells me.. "you get a donut for free when you come in on the red light!" Gosh now I really feel like crap, because he not taking the money for the donut. I told him thank you again.And I tell you what. The donut did not disappoint. It melted in my mouth. But thank you to the black dude for dealing with customers like me“
“Stopped in just before they closed to grab a dozen donuts for in the morning. I saw Krumpe's has their own bagged coffee and I asked if it was a medium or dark roast... the owner went and brewed coffee right on the spot so that I could try it... AWESOME coffee!! It's a darker roast, smooth and fresh, without the high-acid taste or burning stomach. I will most definitely be returning for one of their hand-thrown mugs and a couple bags of coffee!!!“
