“I just wanted to leave a review for the sweet young lady working at Dunkin today. She had brown hair, braces if i remember.. i didn’t get to catch her name it may have started with a G but i didn’t hear the full name but when someone had said her name i couldn’t clearly make it out.. But even though they were extremely busy, she stayed so kind, patient, and professional the entire time. She made sure to keep me updated about my wait and prioritized making customers feel acknowledged instead of ignored, which really stood out to me.

What touched me the most was how sweet she was with my very young daughter. She smiled, laughed, and talked with her so kindly, and it honestly made our whole visit feel so welcoming and personal. It’s rare to see someone keep such a positive attitude under pressure, and she handled everything with grace!

“I picked my sick 12-year-old son up from school today. He was nauseous on the way home so I pulled in to the DD parking lot for him to get some air. An employee who was just arriving spotted us and pulled right over. He asked if Addison was okay, then ran into the store. He came back with a cup of water and some well wishes. We’d all be a lot better off if there were more people like Edmund in the world. Thank you, sir, for taking the time to care.“
