I went to the Charles Town,WV location today at 8am. I ordered 2 glazed donuts and an order of hashbrowns the donuts were stale and hard definitely not fresh. The hashbrowns were actually pretty good. I was so disappointed that I could not get fresh donuts at 8am. They had to be yesterday's. Needless to say I will not be returning.
Requested a drink with light ice, got one with what seemed like extra ice. Other than that, everything was good! You do hear every bit of traffic noise from the highway, but that's not really their fault.Vegetarian options: There are options for substitutions

This store is one of my favorites. They are always very prompt if you order ahead. My items are almost always ready as soon as I pull up, given I've ordered ahead at least 3-4 minutes in advance, and it's not an extremely big order. They are beyond friendly also. It's just a great exchange every time.
