“We had an issue with our over the phone cake order. Unfortunately it was not correct but Patti the manager handled it in a very professional manner. Despite the error the cake was good. Ordered a replacement cake that was correct! However the cake portion was slightly overcooked. Patti and her staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you!“

“We love this location! Donuts are always fresh with variety and service has been great. And it’s always clean. The employee who helped me today went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered my donuts from a wrong location in the app and paid already. But I was with 5 kids, and they were getting tired, so he offered to help and saved me a trip to go to the other store and time by providing 10-star service for just giving me the dozen donuts I have ordered. He could have ignored me and just told me to go to the other store to pickup because I was the one who made the mistake. Thank you for the help and we highly recommend this location. Because I have been to some locations where the donuts 🍩 look old and no variety plus everywhere just look dirty. So if you like fresh donuts and welcoming atmosphere, this is a great location.“

“wanted to leave a review for Fatima at Dunkin’. She was the cashier and server during my visit and provided excellent customer service. She was very personable, quick with my order, and the store itself was clean and well maintained.
What stood out most, though, was that Fatima was the only employee working while the air conditioning in the store was not functioning. It was obviously extremely hot inside, yet she still remained professional, kind, and attentive to customers.
As a large company, I believe Dunkin’ should do better to support employees working under those conditions and recognize team members like Fatima who continue to provide outstanding service despite difficult circumstances. 2 stars for the atmosphere of having no AC.“
