“This location appeared a bit dated almost like a dinner. The bathroom was dirty. Stains on the toilet and something brown smeared on the floor. Made my skin crawl. All food establishments should be spotless and sanitized. The service and beverage was good. No drive thru services.“

It is such a joy to go through the drive thru - multiple times weekly! - to get my daydream refresher and be greeted by the same consistently pleasant employees. There is one young man who has the best smile and always wishes me a wonderful day - regardless of how haphazard or chaotic I appear :) Seriously, if you want great customer service - and FABULOUS daydream refreshers - this is the store to come to. “This review is for Kathy and the store manager. I went to order a cake in person and they helped me despite of being slammed by regular orders. Kathy took time to make sure my order is right. I appreciate her and this store team working together for their customers. Their dedication and customer service speaks especially in contrast to the shady grove store that just sent me away and said they can’t do it.

The male employee who usually works in the evenings is incredibly kind, respectful, and efficient. He always greets customers with a smile and makes sure everything is done quickly and correctly.
